Did excellent work on big repair job on classic car.

It was the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. Not only was the work done well and quickly, it was reasonably priced. Andrea even coordinated with the glass company to have them remove and replace the windshield. I actually had to return the following week because I was involved in a hit/skip where another car pulled my front bumper and grill partially off. I drove to Andy's, where they looked at it immediately, repaired it, and barely charged me a ridiculously low amount!! I highly recommend them.

I thought they did a fine job and they were very friendly. I would have liked to had some communication initiated from their end though. I never heard from them on how it was going, only when I called in to ask after a week of silence.

The work was done on time. Though the place promises car wash and has done some detailing for other customers, my car was very dusty inside with multiple stains and prints inside. The wash was done very superficially leaving most of the bugs plastered on the grill and hub of the car.
It took just a bit of work on my part and have they done it, the impressions would have been completely different.
They promised that car would be done on time and the excuse was that they were very busy. However the call for pick up came one hour before their closing time. Being retired from business I understand to a degree but they have a coupon for car wash worth 40.00 advertised specifically for Angie's lists customers.

Overall, it went well.

Stopped at Andy's with a broken grill on my pick up. They told me that a new grill would have cost upwards of $600. But after inspection they said it could be repaired rather than replaced. So fifteen minutes and $25 later I was on my way. I'm glad I stopped and Andy's.

Most of the work was minor damage, but I wanted the car to look new again.  Andy's has been doing our family's work and our business's work for many years.  They are first class when it comes to doing a great job of body work and repainting.  They have the latest, greatest equipment and techniques.  I would highly recommend them.

I took the car in for an estimate for work that would ultimately be paid by the guy who hit my car or his insurance company.  It's been 40 years since the last person hit me, so I was a little naive as to whether to go through my insurance company and let them collect or work directly with the other party's insurance company.  Andy filled me in on how it would work just letting my insurance company do what I pay them to do, which has turned out to be the path of least resistance.
We made an appointment for 11/19 and the work was complete on 11/23, the day after Thanksgiving, as advertised.  The work was perfect and the car was completely detailed, inside and out.
I highly recommend this service provider.

Got prompt free estimate from Andy's. Turned info over to insurance company, which authorized the repairs. Dropped my car off at Andy's. A hertz rental car was waiting there at Andy's for me. Andy's completed the repairs in approximately 4 business days. Did a great job - car looks like new. Andy's staff very friendly and helpful. The have a regular arrangement with Hertz rental to provide rental cars for their customers, with pickup and dropoff right at Andy's. Great place to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Andy's did a wonderful job. The paint matched so perfectly that you wouldn't know it's not the original door. Their estimate was right-on and the work was completed on time. They went one step beyond and cleaned my wheel rims and tires. I would highly recommend them as they did an excellent job.

We have had Andy's do work on our cars before. They are wonderful. While are car was in the shop, we also had them touch up some paint chips on the hood of the car. They matched up the paint perfectly. They really know what they are doing. They are very professional, take pride in their work and when you leave your car there, you can walk away knowing that you are leaving it in good hands. We would recommend Andy's to everyone. This is the only body shop we will ever use. They get an A+ in our book.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN ANY REPAIR FACILITY I HAVE USED IN 60 YEARS. UNLIKE OTHER BODY SHOPS, THEY KEEP TO THE ESTIMATE AND NEVER CHANGE ANYTHING. THEY DO THE JOB ON TIME AND THE CARS ARE CLEAN WHEN FINISHED.

IT WAS ONE OF THE EASIEST AUTO REPAIRS THAT WE'VE EVERY HAD. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY DEALT WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY, AND THEY ALSO ARRANGED TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR DELIVERED AND READY FOR ME WHEN I DROPPED OFF MY CAR FOR REPAIR. THE FINAL COST CAME WITHIN THEIR QUOTE. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND THE CAR LOOKED LIKE NEW. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
