"I had nature stone come to my home for a garage floor estimate.  Their price was more than double estimates from Rhino Flooring & Columbus Garage Floor Coating.  The product is beautiful but requires periodic re-sealing.  Re-sealing would require me to move everything out of my garage, which is not something I'm not interested in doing.
Estimator also committed a monumental error when he offered me a substantial discount if I would sign a contract that day, which is always a red flag.
Again, a beautiful product...but not the best for garages.  I felt the other two companies provided a better product at a better price.

"Part 1 We had a very great experience with Durable! What became the biggest project we had done to our property this year, was the easiest. Adam was fantastic to work with from the start. He was easy to talk with, was very upfront with different options and pricing and was very transparent about the process of how the project would work. Everything he explained, held true. The process, timing, and how highly he talked about the crew, was exactly on point. Possibly the best part of the entire experience was the timing. We had an estimate done on Thursday, scheduled the project for the following Wednesday and actually was able to start the project on Tuesday! Moving things early never happens, let alone getting scheduled that quickly after the intial visit. All of our questions were answered very well and never at any point did I feel like I was being fed a line to appease me or being sold anything. I very much appreciated that!"

"We hired Maxima Concrete after getting 3 estimates, they were competitively priced, and we saw the patio and walkway project they did for my sister last year and that turned out great. Tom the estimator had great input on what we had in mind. Jacquie in the office was friendly and very helpful answering questions as needed. Tear out and form setup was on July 16th a Friday. There was an issue with the forms for the new siting area off the porch. I called on Saturday morning at 8 AM leaving a voice message with Jacquie and not really expecting a response till Monday morning. Within 3 hours Flavio, the owner, came out and he saw what I was talking about and promised a crew would be out early Monday to correct it. At 7:45 Monday morning the crew came out and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction. The following day the concrete was poured as scheduled. The whole project turned out great and looks FANTASTIC, exceeding our expectations!! We have had numerous compliments by neighbors. Both crews; the tear out & form placement crew and the concrete pouring crew, showed up as scheduled, were professional, performed outstanding workmanship and left the work area clean upon work completion."
