Tim kept me informed on everything he was going to do and when he was going to do it. He let me know what phone calls I needed to make to assist in the process. He answered my calls late into the evening and on weekends. His team did a great job of staying on task and was responsive to my concerns. I've never worked with a more proactive team on any home project. I have already hired Tim to do my bathroom remodel and am looking forward to working with him again!
