"I had a security system in place that had transferred ownership to 3 companies in total. I needed service on the system and received poor customer service and outrageous pricing for a small service needed. That inspired me to look elsewhere for a new security system provider. I came across Jeremy and Larry from 1st Security LLC and all I can say, being a person in the service industry, they came through big time. Not only were they punctual and knowledgeable, they were plain old nice !!!! "We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning!
