We are a small company and like to get to know our clients on a personal level so we can get a better insite as to what the homeowner's vision is for their home and/or property. The owners are continuously on job sites and checking in with clients throughout the project. To date we have not used any sub contractors to do any work for us. Our employees have an array of skills that can cover almost anything. Billing depends on the project. For major home imporvement projects clients are billed in "Phases" via "Draws". Each phase of the project is planned out and a draw amount given for each phase. A draw is due a the beginning of each phase and there is one final payment due at the completion of the project. Small projects and home repairs are billed and due at completion. For management companies work will be billed and due within 30 days of billing. We will work with clients under special circumstances.

I am FHA approved which is extremely important in this industry and market. It would be a conflict of interest for my team to work on rehabilitating single family homes for the 203K projects in which I am hired to do consulting work for FHA. Therefore, as a Project Manager, my team typically works on churches, apartment complexes,and other businesses remodeling, siding, fencing, dry wall, and building barns or garages.
