Unlimited Possibilities
About us
We are a small company and like to get to know our clients on a personal level so we can get a better insite as to what the homeowner's vision is for their home and/or property. The owners are continuously on job sites and checking in with clients throughout the project. To date we have not used any sub contractors to do any work for us. Our employees have an array of skills that can cover almost anything. Billing depends on the project. For major home imporvement projects clients are billed in "Phases" via "Draws". Each phase of the project is planned out and a draw amount given for each phase. A draw is due a the beginning of each phase and there is one final payment due at the completion of the project. Small projects and home repairs are billed and due at completion. For management companies work will be billed and due within 30 days of billing. We will work with clients under special circumstances.

Nearly all work was done in a professional and timely manner except the last remaining mugo pine has not been installed. I have made several attempts to reach Jason and haven't connected. His website and phone number listed on Angie's List does not work.I am involved with our civic association and have recommended this company to our 122 members. In addition to my uncompleted work, two others members contacted me regarding uncompleted work or no call back and in one instance, work that was mostly all paid for in advance and five weeks later is not complete. A member reported that the phone number and web address he was given was not responding. I gave him the phone number that I have and Jason did contact him...but as of 5.25.2012 the tree still has not been planted and mulch work is not complete. Our association has contracted with this company to perform some landscaping work at our entrances. We will be watching carefully to insure that this work is done satisfactory.Last year (2011) I had similar problems with this company in getting a tree stump removed for a tree that was removed in the September, the stump was not removed until December after several phone calls to Seth Anthony who is no longer with the company. Again the phone numbers had changed and the web site did not respond.
Suggestion:When contracting with vendors, avoid paying them up front if possible and hold off payment until work if performed.
