 + 0 moreDoug started out well with being friendly and responsive. However, as the project went on, he did not return phone calls or emails. He did not perform thorough inspections of the general contractor's work and put the burden completely on us while it was our first time going through a 203k project. He was paid by us to be a consultant on the project and he did not do his job as such. I would not recommend Doug based on his lack of communication, poor support and guidance to the homeowners, and lack of overall concern for the job.
Description of Work: We had a 203k rehab done on our home and Doug was paid as the HUD consultant on the project.
