"First off...when Jacob came out to do the estimate..he was very nice...I was contacted by him 7 days ago...on September 19 th...I had a call from them saying they needed more information which I gave...then nothing until this morning...when I was informed that he no longer worked there..I can't afford to keep paying 90.00...for an estimate..then nothing....can you please help me with someone who can come out and is honest? Please"

Pete used the old techniques suitable for our old home that are sure to far outlast the many modern bandaids put in place before we bought the house. Pete was also extremely conscious of our budget. "the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job.
