The odor from the coating was pretty strong and took a few days to clear from our bathroom because the bathroom does not have a window that opens If we had been able to open a window in the bathroom the odor would probably have dissipated faster."

We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. "We were very excited when we hired Justin for this job. The job ended up more expensive than we were originally quoted but that was due to our current floor being much harder to remove that we thought. We were understanding of the increase but as the days went on, the quality of work decreased. The job ended up taking twice the amount of time to complete and we already have a board coming up that we cannot get him to come back out and fix- this is 3 months post job. We have messaged and called twice with no response. While the company is young, we tried to be as understanding as possible and now wish we would have gone another route."

We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good! He did a great job with clean up too and was very helpful with material sourcing to achieve our desired look and style.
