I take my 4 cars/suv to dave. My experience, great service & prices. I drive 30+ miles 1 way to use Dave Dart.

I am happy with the work performed by Dart. The truck was towed in at 7am and finished by 2 pm. I was not expecting it to be done same day. They took care of all my questions and issues and were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle to Dart in the future if it needs work that I cannot do myself.

This is the best, most honest auto servicer we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend.

I have 2 cars that we take to Dart over the last 3 years. I drive 25+ miles 1 way foe service and will continue to to do so. Great People and honest.. I take the car there & tell them bump to bumper inspection.

TRUST has a lot to do in the Auto Repair business. Dave Hix at DART is probably one the best car diagnostic men in the business and has an awesome group of mechanics working with him there in Grove City, but it's his straight forward honesty, and fairness that sets them apart from the rest.

Always excellent service

It took a little longer than normal but they didn't charge anything extra.

I really love the work they do. They do excellent work but they are not extremely cheap or anything but I think they are in keeping with prices anywhere. David Hix, the owner is very nice and he listens to what you want. He is good to check things that you want checked and so forth. I don’t remember what we had done there last but it was good and the car worked fine. They honor the Golden Buckeye Card and will give you a ten percent off and that is unusual, I haven’t found another place that does that. I haven’t really looked either but I haven’t heard of another place do that. My husband dealt with the last repair but they are always nice and the work is done on time. If it is going to be few weeks they will tell you few weeks and will try to get it done by then. Dave is just a real nice man, it is a privately owned car repair place and he used to be at a different place that had a smaller parking lot but now they have a bigger parking lot and it is nicer. The people that work on the car are pretty good because the cars are always done correctly when we get them. There was one old lady that they used to have a few years ago that could have been Dave's mother but I am not sure, but she was short with you sometimes but I didn’t worry about it. She was kind of rude about Dave giving me the Golden Buckeye discount, I don’t know why but that didn’t stop me from going back. I haven’t seen her lately. I don’t know what the prices at other places are but they have done very good.

The car had a problem with the power steering, making it hard to turn the wheel. My daughter, an out of town college student, took car to Dart and was ripped off twice. First they replaced the air conditioner compressor, which had worked perfectly. The car was taken back after i called and them. Although they said they warranted all work, they then replaced the water pump, which also had worked perfectly. In phone conversations with the shop I was given mumbo jumbo answers as to how these repairs were related to power steering. The steering was still an issue soon after, and after a later the cooling system failed. Upon inspection the radiator cap was was removed to find intake was mysteriously clogged with heavy bearing-grease. Paid $1100 for these bogus repairs. I, living in another state, had no choice but pay these charges. Classic case of young woman getting ripped off big-time by a repair shop.

I purchased a high end used vehicle warranty with my vehicle. Each time Dart has serviced my vehicle, I have had to call them for everything. They never returned calls and even when the vehicle work was completed, the only way I knew about it was to call them. The second time they worked on the vehicle, they claim that several wiring harnesses had shorted and melted. These were all located in an area that they had previously worked on and had no problems for 9 years. In addition to that, the vehicle had a performance computer / tuner professionally installed by a previous owner and came with the vehicle when I purchased it. They believed it was malfunctioning as well. I don't know if it is good or bad or if they didn't know how to hook it up when replacing some wiring. But instead of informing me or asking if i wanted to replace it or looking into warranty coverage, they just cut it out. Left everything in place, just cut all the wiring to it. I did not even find out about it until picking up the vehicle. Granted, I only had to pay a warranty deductible but I would have been even more furious if I had to pay the entire amount. They had the vehicle for over 5 weeks the second time. The are slow, have severe communication issues and very poor customer service. I would not recommend taking any vehicle there and would never use them again myself.

trouble starting my truck, called Dart and took it right in. they had to keep it over night, had it done next day.

They are extremely fair. I received an estimate for $2,000 for a repair from another shop, and Dart did it for $600 and it was perfect. The communication is good...they help you understand your vehicle and the service it needs. I can't recommend them highly enough. I won't go to anyone else.

They were very fairly priced and the work was well-done. They were finished when they said they would be. I felt that they did not try to push unnecessary work on me and I was very happy with the service, overall.

The communication with when the engine would be in and when I could pick my car up was not handled very well. When I did show up to pick up my car it wasn't ready, it took another day. The time expectation they give never matched up to when it actually occurred. When you are walking and trying to get rides to work, that doesn't work. They weren't professional. I could tell they weren't really out to help me and they weren't too interested in making sure this car was running properly. I am still experiencing the same problem and I wouldn't bother to go back there.

They don't charge for anything that they do to it when he does ask if he can. He is very courteous when I go in there to drop off my car and pick it up.
