We have been in the concrete construction business for over 35yrs. When you call Concrete Pro's, LLC, you are calling the BEST! We value all our customers needs ,and desires. We give very informative input which helps aid our customers in making their overall decision. Why waste time shopping around for competitors that most of the time can't give you a price for a job that they just measured? Concrete Pro's,LLC will make sure you have a price before we leave your home,and answer every question you need answered. We have a $3,000 minimum on jobs less than 200 square feet.

"We hired concrete solutions to replace our driveway. A gentleman named John, visited our home and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional and assured us that he has been in business for many years and that we could trust and that he would do a good job. We initially were only going to do only a portion of the driveway but he convinced us to do the entire driveway. He also said he would do a couple of panels and sidewalks to the side of the driveway near the garage. Although, there was nothing wrong with those panels. Upon completion of the project, the driveway looked very attractive and we were satisfied with the driveway. We experienced a problem when it rains, especially when it rains hard. When there was a hard rain, the washer in the driveway blown like a river into our garage. We have lived in our home since 1982 and we've never had this problem. When we contacted John, he immediately become defensive and started yelling and was very mean and acted like a bully. He insisted that we have a problem before he replaced the driveway. He also called our daughter a liar when she told him we never had the problem before. He told us that we now needed a new garage floor and he would give us a deal on the garage floor. And instead of charging $4500 for the garage doors, that we would only charge $4000. Bottomline is this, we did not have a problem with water from the driveway coming into our garage and now we have a sever problem. We have to place multiple blankets in our garage to stock up the water when it rains. We are in our 60s and we have never written a bad review for anything in our lives and never sued anyone. We are very disappointed in Concrete Pro's LLC / Solutions and believe that they have made a serious error that has caused us a tremendous amount of stress. We regret that we felt it necessary to write this review but want others to be aware that John of Concrete Pro's LLC/ Solutions maybe disingenuous. They can form their own opinion but our experience has been very upsetting. Thank you."

The wall that is part of the house. 4"x5"x2" deep. worker only stated confined space to work. I then contacted Adam the owner. His conversation as only two sentences: "No one told me of any damage. We don't do drywall" End of conversation. Next damage: front lawn. One of the workers was brushing the concrete driveway, shook his broom off in the grass in five different spots. (All other concrete workers I observed in other locations had either a tarp or other item to shake off the excess concrete. Next: damaging my main beam that supports the awning over the patio. The center of the beam. Therefore the center beam was not able to be replaced. Next, my side gate was not reinstalled properly. The posts are too close and offset. They bent the latch to make it fit. Then they sealed the drain for the downspout for the gu"

I am a one-man show. I do employ laborers from time to time but nobody that I wouldn't trust in my own home. I can and will recommend sub-contractors but I will not employ them to do part of a job. My goal is to start and finish one job at a time unless my customer needs me to give them time to complete a portion of a project.

The gentleman arrived after calling, and in 1/2 hour the job was done in a very professional manner. The problem was a hinge on the door between the house and the garage that had loosened. I was delighted that a nuisance was taken care of that quickly. The price was right ($110) and the work was excellent."
