"Mark was easy to deal with you and follows through on the tasks assigned. I did have to argue a bit with his office manager to get someone to come out after dark to tweak the position of the lights after they were first installed. Mark did come out and fine-tuned the system in the rain. He added an extra light at no charge. It now looks really good. If I add outdoor lights to the back, I will definitely call Mark and his group first. I am pleased with their performance and responsiveness."

"I did not want to complain but after the carpet dried, it was bothering me.   All of the door entry ways were left dirty as well as next to the walls.   The tech did not go up close enough to the wall or put enough effort into the door entry ways.   
After the carpet dried I took a light carpet solution and a soft brush and my shop vac.  I was able to get those areas perfectly clean with minimal effort.
Sent the company feedback but I haven't heard from them.  I was disappointed :(
