The construction started a day early and Bryan was expert--I mean super expert having built decks for over 20 years. The process involved questions and few minor changes (no skirting, 4ft steps, and partial privacy wall adjustment). All interactions with Bryan with questions were so positive and options given so that I would be happy with the end result. Bryan said this and meant it. "It went great! Jeff came out and made sure that he divided the duplex directly down the middle and got to work really fast. The job was tough because he had to go through a lot of concrete and blacktop but he got it done. He also installed a gate for each side and they're great.
