TPM Fence and Property Maintenance

The work will be done in 4 or 5 weeks

Over the weekend someone drove through our privacy fence and because we have dogs we needed to quickly find someone to repair it for us. We turned to Angi to find a local and reliable contractor. Given that it was the weekend I didn’t expect to hear from anyone until Monday. TPM responded within 30 minutes of my post on Angi and it was a pleasure dealing with TPM in the process of finding a contractor to repair our fence. They promptly responded to our request for help and went out of their way to address our questions/concerns and give us a very competitive quote. They came out first thing Monday morning to view the damage and finalize the contract. While the actual work has yet to be done we were very impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and thoroughness. We look forward to the work to begin. I am confident we will be very satisfied.

TPM built a beautiful fence in a timely and professional manor for us. Travis was great and offered suggestions that I hadn’t thought of. The only issue I have is whether the 10’ gate is true to size. I would definitely recommend them.

TPM was very responsive. I reached out to many local fence companies for the repair job and got no response. TMP returned calls, assessed the project and got the job done. They were pricey, but the job is satisfactory and I can check it off my list.

I had over 10 Estimates done for a new fence. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but I felt the best hiring them just by speaking to the sales rep Phil. He made it a smooth process. Can’t wait to get my new fence installed!

Travis and his crew were very professional. They finished the job within the stated time. Had a couple issues with our gate, but Travis answered every call and now our gate is working properly. I would highly recommend them.

I had found them on Angies list and they were rated good. But they said it would take 3days to do a partial privacy fence took a week and a half and my gates are not right. Will hardly open. I have called several times and keep getting the run around on a time to come back and fix them. Update they came and fixed my issues I am Happy

My wife found TPM, and then I vetted them. Their reviews were great, so we hired them. Their pricing was better than the competition, and they were able to install the fence and deck we needed and remove the shrubbery we needed to remove all within a couple weeks of us hiring them...just in time to host our son's 1st birthday in our new house. They did a great job!

TPM started the job and discover it was more involved than originally thought. They ended up working four people including the owner in the rain on a holiday weekend Saturday to finish the job on time. They were polite and professional .

They were unable to provide an exact time of service but told me it would take 4-6 weeks before my job started. The job was completed exactly 4.5 weeks from my down payment. The fence looks great and the crew was respectful of my property. I would recommend everyone to use TNT FENCE out of blanchester ohio.

The estimator was experienced and we got a quote back the same day. But we had to wait over a month to start work because it was the busy season. The installers did a great job! Quick, efficient, and they didn't leave a mess. We are very happy with their work.

After some major communication issues, we finally DID get our aluminum fence installed by TNT---and it was well worth the wait. However... our project was delayed several times... we have had to contact THEM every time (they have not called or contacted us on their own initiative since our credit card was charged for the up-front half of the job). VERY disappointed. They responded to our request to Home Advisor within minutes... and were more than eager to get our business. It was all downhill from there. We had to call them REPEATEDLY just to be emailed an invoice for the job. However... once on site the crew was quick, courteous and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product... we only wish the experience before the work was started would have been better.
