Done Right Windows Doors and MoreI hired Chad for a variety of things around the house. Him and his father in law updated my kitchen and laundry room. His wife painted my upstairs bedroom. All in all the kitchen turned out AMAZING! and they were the best price I could find. The family is kind and personable. I do not recommend them for painting however as I had to call them back to fix careless mistakes. They also pieced together my island out of some cheaper materials (we were on a budget) and the corner broke off, it was about a year ago and it was never replaced per agreement. Considering all the work that was done and the price I paid I still recommend and have even considered other projects with them. I love that they are a family business !- Ashley C.

Home Source InteriorsIt went absolutely wonderful. They go into an accordion and disappear into the window. A couple of the shades didn't want to go up right and they came back out and said that the windows were too big for that type of shade. They apologized and told me to pick out whatever I wanted. They took them all down and put up the new ones. They were gracious and great. Anyone that is looking for draperies or shades should check into this company because, they are very good. They brought samples of materials and shades so I could see what it would look like in my house. The guy that owns the company came out and showed me everything. When it came time for the installation, one guy came out. He put them up and it took him about two hours. He cleaned it all up. They are a little pricey and I feel they are really worth it.- Linda J.

Met with a guy earlier this yr about a bath remodel. I was told to allow 90 min. 3.5 hrs later he told me “ your golden on financial part”. Which was 0 down , 0 interest , 0 payment for 1 yr. Fast forward about 2 months I get a call that said well your payment is 50 dollars more a month , your interest rate is 13 percent and you will have to start paying when the job is done. I said no forget it. The very next morning after being told no on a call I recorded this company ran my credit for a fourth time. 8 days ago I was told via text message the owner had signed my refund check and it was in the mail by another boss. Today I find out the company never cancelled the job and no check has been mailed. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Andrew was wonderful. From our first phone call, he was able to answer all questions. He was very fair with his price, always available by phone or text (very different from other contractors we have worked with), and stuck to a timeline. He turned a closet into a new bathroom (plumbing, flooring, moved a wall, all electric, etc- did it all) for us, as well as installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS MESS OF A COMPANY AS POSSIBLE! Would you like to waste your time and money? Would you like to be repeatedly lied to? How about leaving your yard in shambles for weeks after being told it would take 1-2 days? How about them using your personal property as ladder props? How would you like them to not even finish and tell you they did?! How would you like to have them “fix” all this, only to make it worse ? How would you like all your shingles to be wavy with nails sticking out ? Yes? All of this and more could be yours if you choose The Third Estimate! Worst possible nightmare experience of ANY company in my life. None of this is exaggerated, I promise you that. They’re lucky we didn’t sue them, but I was leaving on deployment and didn’t want anymore hassle. The only thing they did right was give us a FULL REFUND because they knew the work was garbage.
