All windows were replaced, without incident, in 2 days. We could not have been happier with the work performed by Maylon and several of his sons. They really know how to install windows. They cleaned up nicely after themselves, were polite and courteous.They came early and stayed late.What a breath of fresh air these guys were. True professionals. Hats off to Maylons and sons. The first thing we noticed about the windows, was how they blocked outside noise. We could not hear cars going by, etc.
House was so much warmer in the winter, and heating bills decreased dramatically. Air conditioning worked so much better with the new windows. Windows operate perfectly and are so easy to maintain. Window World told us if anything happened to them that they would be replaced free of charge. This included free screen replacement if ever damaged for any reason. Window World was a pleasure to deal with. Maylon and his sons are the best window installers around.

It has been a few months now. And our AC/heating bill went down as a result of better windows. Also, we chose window withe the window-pane grid inside the double-hung style for a traditional look. They are easy to clean and move up-down with ease. I have severe arthritis in my hands/wrists and had difficulty manipulating the old windows, even though they slid side-to-side. However, I have no difficulty with these windows, even though they slide up and down! I love my new windows. And did I mention they come with a great guarantee? Yes, they will replace them if anything goes wrong with them. I highly recommend Window World. No complaints.

The crew arrived on time at 8:30 a.m. all windows and and patio door were installed by 4:30 (half hour lunch break) All windows were framed and insulated. All debris was removed. They even asked if I wanted to keep the old screws the pulled from my windows(of course I recycle). I cannot say enough about this crew. It was a father and son team that were very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Maylan and Sons keep up your great job with Window World!!!
