"Most of the dirt comes up after blow drying . We blew dried it and then vacuum it afterwards. The vacuum was full of dirty water afterwards. Also extractor for the chairs had dirty water afterwards . We are very sorry you were not there to see it. We would be more than happy to take care of any areas that you felt not cleaned properly free of charge. It looked good when we finished couple weeks ago."
"It's always amazing that some people say floors have never been done previous and they are damage spots previously in floor from machines, that you have up to four people sanding on it for week to try and fix someone else's mistakes and fill in any places and fix any damage spots in floor, go through 5-6 different grits all away up through 150 grit fine sanding ,blotches was the damaged places in floor prior that we could not sand or bleach out. Actually other companies refused to do it after looking at, 6 days is not hurring workers to sand 3 small rooms, small hallway and finish. Customer happy when your there and leave remarks afterwards."
"These workers have been replaced."
"The estimate was based on just screening the floor, we had to sand completely to clean the floor properly. Family really enjoyable to work with."
