After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Be Blessed Remodeling."

"We hired Countertops by Nathan to complete a bathroom remodel for us. This project had previously been started by another contractor with disastrous results. We hired Nathan and his crew to start over again. They made a masterpiece out of a disaster! Nathan was very responsive in all of our interactions. He was willing to offer his expert advice but was not overbearing when it came to the design of the project. When they called back with the estimate, we were surprised at how affordable they were. During the construction, one thing that stood out to us was the fact that they communicated with us well on every step of the project. We knew exactly what days they were going to be working and what times they would be in our house. We also noticed that Nathan and his crew hold themselves to a high standard as far as quality goes. After the completion of the project, we discovered a minor error. When we contacted Nathan, his son was literally at our house within 10 minutes to correct the problem. Then, the next day, Nathan called us to let us know that he had been thinking about the problem. While they initially thought they had corrected it, he believed that there was a bigger problem. "Due to the nature of the ceramic tile work I had to hire S&L Capinetry & Design on a T&M basis. The original installing contractor of the ceramic tile who was a McSwain Flooring contractor did not back butter the ceramic tile in 2021 (new home). Over the years in 2022 and 2023 over 57 ceramic tiles that were loose in the Master bathroom & toilet room, guest bathroom, entryway and laundry room were removed and replaced by the original contractor. In 2025 the problem got worse and ultimately over 62 ceramic tiles in all the mentioned areas were removed and replaced by S&L Cabinetry and Design. I was given a cost estimate based on what was obvious (approximately 40 ceramic tiles). The 2 man crew over 4 days expertly removed and replaced 62 whole/cut ceramic tiles. They installed proper dust protection, were on time each day, gave me daily updates, back butter the ceramic tile, grouted the joints correctly and completed the project as promised on time.
