"The entire waterproofing job was done in 5 days, Monday to Friday. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and it was quite extensive. All work was done according to the original quote plus there was an additional work that needed to be done that was not picked up by the original quote. We had expected some unforeseen "surprises" due to the horrible condition of the basement walls and knew in advance that this may happen. (and it did) Aside from that, everything was done according to contract and a few extra things were done that we were not charged extra for. That was a very nice gesture on the part of Stay Dry Waterproofing. We would highly recommend using Stay Dry Waterproofing to fix up your basement issues. Pictures submitted here only show one side of the basement. The entire perimeter of the basement was worked on and waterproofed."

They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. "Positive: Professionalism We had a very wet crawl space and Reliable installed a drainage system with 2 sump pumps, plus a vapor barrier. The crawl space has stayed dry every since. Even in the wet periods of the year when the sumps are running the crawl space is dry. Plus the nasty musty smell has never came back in our house. They offer a renewable warranty that we do keep up, thankfully the job was done right so we haven't had to use it. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone experiencing a wet basement or crawl space."
