"The entire waterproofing job was done in 5 days, Monday to Friday. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and it was quite extensive. All work was done according to the original quote plus there was an additional work that needed to be done that was not picked up by the original quote. We had expected some unforeseen "surprises" due to the horrible condition of the basement walls and knew in advance that this may happen. (and it did) Aside from that, everything was done according to contract and a few extra things were done that we were not charged extra for. That was a very nice gesture on the part of Stay Dry Waterproofing. We would highly recommend using Stay Dry Waterproofing to fix up your basement issues. Pictures submitted here only show one side of the basement. The entire perimeter of the basement was worked on and waterproofed."

The only downsides to our job were: 1) they were suppose to seal off the things in our basement so they didn't get dusty - the seal job wasn't good though so we are still cleaning everything off as we have time weeks later. 2) they were supposed to cosmetically fix some cracks, but it looks sloppy. They just took a caulk gun to it... In our consultation, they had mentioned they would do this pretty, smooth coating thing, which was not done. 3) they did not clean up well. Our floors had dirt all over them when they left and I had to sweep/mop myself. While the above things were annoying, the important parts of the job (the actual waterproofing) were great and look and work perfectly. So I would still give them an A."
