"It was fantastic. The repair was inexpensive and I know what I need to do to prepare for the future given that my laundry-room plumbing is wearing out. The plumber was very informative, professional and friendly, and for the first time in my life of dealing with plumbers, he did not talk down to me because I was a woman. Not one bit. "Couldn't have been happier under the circumstances. Friendly responsive office staff and professional, friendly, skilled plumber. Fair price. Not the lowest, but considering how well everything went, it was well worth it. Actually, in that light, it was a bit lower than I might have guessed. I made an online request to three different companies late last night for an urgent plumbing situation. This morning at 7:20am, the office called and got me on the schedule. The work is now completed, good experience, and as of now at 5:10pm, neither of the other two companies has even called me back. That says a lot."

"I had my tub replaced by Home Team Home Improvements and I?m so happy with how it turned out! The whole process was smooth and the crew was friendly and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. My new tub looks amazing and made such a big difference in the bathroom. You can tell they really care about doing quality work. "Marty stopped over the next day to fix my dishwasher that was holding water, leaking to basement. He was very helpful and efficient! He also advised to have a plumber replace valve under sink for water shut-off to dishwasher since it was not shutting off fully. "Adam is fantastic to work with, very professional and responsive. He is upfront as far as cost, time line, and repairs that are necessary. The plumbing and drywall work that was done looks very professional and it was nice to have one company with so much knowledge of multiple trades. If there are multiple people working, you will have to pay for both at the hourly rate... This is standard across every industry for Time and Materials work. Having more people will cut down on the time to complete the job, but it is the same man-hours so you are not paying more money for the same amount of work. I will certainly be bringing Neatnics back for more work and would recommend him to others."
