I cannot say thanks enough to the entire WOJO team who responded quickly to rectify some issues I had after the initial installation of my HVAC system. They dispatched (IMHO and I am a GM for a plumbing company) the best technicians I have dealt with period: Carl and his apprentice Tom. They were professional, knowledgable, friendly and kept me informed during the entire repair process. If they ever decide to change careers I would "steal: them away in a quick minute!!! Seriously I would recommend WOJO and their entire team to anyone needing any HVAC service, or replacement. Thanks again for the outstanding service!!

Absolutely amazing! They worked with our budget and our schedule! Great value and efficiency! The installation was beautiful especially with the disaster that we had. Highly recommend!

Excellent. On time trustworthy

Terrible. These folks sent a man out. He was there within the window time frame they said. He was there about 10 min. Looked at it, and said the flue is blocked. "We'll have to tear it apart. But it's not going to get done tonight. My office will call you in the morning to set up a time." Never heard from them. Called them on the 20th to find out what was going on. Said they were waiting on parts and would call me. Never heard from them, again. Called another firm and they replaced the boiler. Said it was a safety hazard and had it replaced in 24 hrs. I wouldn't suggest these people to my worst enemy.

They were fine, they were punctual, they did calls. 

We were very satisfied with their work.

Everything worked when they got done and they cleaned up everything.

They came out and did a repair for the air system. It did not correct the problem and they returned and fixed whatever was wrong and it has worked fine.

Wojo's plumbing is really good and they did a plumbing job and we had a plumbing emergency situation. And I will use this provider in the future.

The 2 man team arrived and I showed they the unit. They.got their tools and proceeded to disassemble and removed the old unit. They brought in the new Lennox furnace and some parts. They placed the unit and then made a bunch of measurements and went back to the shop. They returned with some custom made ducts and connected them to the furnace. Everything was installed and new gas exhaust, drain, and electric lines were run. Unit was powered up and tested and working fine.

Punctual and good value

They are nice to work with. They are thorough, on time, they explain things and they give you plenty of time to ask questions. They make you feel well taken care of.

My 20 year old furnace and air system had been failing so I called for an estimate. Bob came out quickly and spent a good deal of time looking at my old system. My house in modular and the original system was cheaply installed with ductwork made of cardboard ductwork with aluminum over it. I decided to have all new ductwork installed in addition to a new furnace. The work men took several days and did an excellent job. My house is so much more comfortable now and I dint worry about not having heat in the winter as I had experienced before. Overall an excellent job.p

My overall experience with them was an A. They did the job as fast as they could. They had to get the part from the company so that took a few days to get the part in but they were able to work the furnace to where it worked. He did an excellent job.

I was assigned this contractor through our homeowner's buyer's warranty given to us when we closed on this house 6 months ago. The technician was a seasoned professional with YEARS of experience. He took his time to evaluate all systems within the AC unit to determine the source of the leak. He explained his evaluation of the problem and recommendation. The leak was easily contained and resolved without any further problems.
I was never pressured to replace the unit although it is pretty old...that was a pleasant experience as other contractors have come through making us feel that everything was pretty old and would fall apart any minute. We feel very satisfied with the service and will continue to use this contractor should we experience any further problems or decide to replace the systems.

I choose Wo Jo's to install my new furnace. Wo Jo's were prompt in coming out as my old furnace was no longer working. They were very knowlegable and helpful in making recommendations and were able to offer several different options. I did not select the cheapest option but what I thought was the better system. They did not pressure me to select the more expensive system. The installation went very smooth. Installers were prompt, curtious and worked efficiently. They followed up with a call after the installation to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend Wo Jo's to anyone for service or installation of a new system.

It didn't, did not know what they were doing, damaged parts, wrong parts ordered, did not return calls.

Wojos has always been bery responsive. If urgent, they will be right there. Employees appear very knowlegeable and have experience. Have never had any trouble with their work.

They had a hard time finding the problem. They had to come out a number of times. They were very persistent; they eventually tracked it down and eliminated the problem.
