Fry has always been excellent. The are timely, efficient and friendly.

We had a central air unit that belonged in a museum. We had 3 quotes done and Fry was the best price. We scheduled the job and it was done in a day; a few hang ups, but went really well. Fry was professional, courteous and prompt. I would recommend Fry to anyone looking to hire heating and cooling experts.

The removal of old equipment and install went perfectly. The crew placed drop clothes on all floors they would be walking on. They neatly completed the work on time.

I appreciated that they didn't try to oversell me equipment. When I inquired about more efficient equipment they provided a price and I realized I wouldn't ever recoup the additional capital costs with utility savings so their proposal was spot on. They made changes to the existing house to make the equipment more efficient as well.

We have been using Fry's for such a long time-I don't remember when we started! They are a great company to work with, always fair, prompt and very honest. As an example, I called them in December to service the furnace, and they said, and quot;we just did that with your repair on our last visit, so you're good.and quot; Wow-such honesty is refreshing in this day and age. I highly recommend Fry to anyone looking for service or to replace their existing HVAC system.

Super all went well. Great install job and clean up. The installers were on time every day. The owner came buy to check
on the job and explain things he was very helpfull. We had a on going problem with carbon monoxide after using others
who could not solve the problem we turned to Fry Brothers who made a knowledgeable,safest way to fix the problem.
We feel safe now after two years of trying to fix that problem, not only is the problem fixed but our gas bills are half of what
we used to pay.

A staff memeber came out to the house to check location of tank, measured space and then provided cost for tank, as well as installation services. Work was scheuled. After a few days, tank we ordered arrived and installed by work crew that were very professional. Cost was reasonable for quality of tank and expertise of staff.

FRY BROTHERS HTG and AC did an excellent job of installing a central air system in our home for us. I paid a little more upfront so that the electric bill would be lower in the future. I also got a 10 year warranty on everything with that price. They are very efficient, it only took them a day and a half to install. Fry was used by my parents and we have a long standing relationship. They are very professional. When we had a new furnace put in awhile back, they came back out with a computer and tailored the furnace to fit the house efficiently.

they were very punctual, done when they said they would be, cleaned up after themselvesi was never pressured to buy higher priced items, and was not sold things i dont need ( i had asked about several other items and was told they were not needed. will absolutly use them again.

Excellent service. Installers very neat, protected hardwood floors, and since it was a two day job they cleaned up each night. New unit is very quiet, installation metal done very well. No complaints at all.
