He discussed safety concerns, offered reasonable upgrades and even stopped the job and ran for better parts when he realized what he had purchased wasn’t as good as he would like. William explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Completed the work in less than a day with little intrusion into my at home activities. One thing I would add is I wish they had spent a little more time explaining the controls and operation.
