"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

Small jobs welcome

I have over 10 years of professional cleaning experience, working at an apartment complex where I was responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing units before new tenants moved in. This experience has given me a strong eye for detail and high standards when it comes to making sure a home is clean, fresh, and ready for the next person.\nIn addition to cleaning, I have experience with a variety of handyman and home-maintenance tasks. I’m comfortable taking on different types of projects and enjoy helping homeowners get their homes looking and working their best.\nI’m dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing a job right. I’m available to work within approximately 25 miles of Canton, Ohio, and I’m happy to travel to surrounding areas for the right project.

Offers commercial services

"I had them out on two separate occasions, one to clean my carpets... I had a child and a puppy, so it was quite messy, but they got it all clean and sweet-smelling. They also put the furniture back, which I appreciated! On the other occasion, they also power washed the outside of my home, there was a lot of moldy films, but they emoved everything and it looked brand new. They also completely cleaned my driveway that was filled with pine needles and leaves."

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Though it may seem like a lot of work to keep an attic in tip-top shape, the truth is that you only need to deep clean this space once a year. In the meantime, check on it roughly once a month to make sure there are no leaks, remove cobwebs, and air out unwanted odors to ensure it looks and feels great between annual cleaning sessions.

As a general rule, you should clean your oven at least every three months, though this depends on how often you use it and the amount of residue buildup. A clear sign that your oven needs cleaning is if you notice smoke or a burning smell during use. Many ovens have a self-cleaning cycle, which heats the oven to an extreme temperature. If you use this feature, stay home while it runs and consider ventilating the room, as it can create smoke. For manual cleaning, you can make a paste of baking soda and water or use white vinegar before resorting to harsher, store-bought oven cleaners.

One of the best ways to prepare for a home biohazard cleanup is not to touch anything. Do not remove belongings, even if they are of value or importance, from the area as they are likely contaminated. It’s essential not to use any cleaning products of your own, as the cleaning company will be using chemicals that could interact with your products.

One thing you can do to prepare is take pictures of your space and belongings that need to be cleaned, especially if you plan on filing a claim with your insurance company. In addition, take time to make a list of items that are valuable, sentimental, or otherwise important. The cleanup company must evaluate these belongings to make sure they are safe.

Vinegar can be used as an all-purpose cleaner for many things, including hot tub filters. Soaking hot tub filters in vinegar and water for up to 24 hours can remove dirt and oil, and as a bonus, it won’t cause the water to foam after you reinstall it if there’s vinegar left on it. But make sure you still rinse it to remove any debris, dirt, or grime stuck on it.

While you might get away with once-monthly vacuuming in rooms you hardly use, it’s not ideal in other parts of your home. Your living spaces will look untidy, and leaving all that dirt lying around is not the most hygienic. Plus, the longer abrasive debris sits on your surfaces, the more chance of scratches or damage to carpet fibers.
