Code may say it's okay to install a 15 amp receptacle on a 20 amp if it's downstream of a 20 amp, but it's still bad practice and I do NOT like doing it. If I find other problems, such as a non GFCI in a GFCI required environment, I will inform you for your safety. While water might be the single most patient and destructive force of nature, electricity is the the single most destructive and dangerous utility and I do NOT take short cuts working electrical. I do NOT use CPVC. CPVC is a menace to the plumbing industry and I in fact have to replumb my wife's house because the CPVC is failing. If you want CPVC, find someone else because I will NOT install that product under any circumstance. I only work with PEX and Copper for supply. Sewer lines will always be the minimum code requirement of schedule 40 PVC. If you want to upgrade, I strongly encourage it if you can afford it. If your project is too big for me to take on, I will not hesitate to disclose up front I don't want the job, but I will offer free estimates for every job.
