"Roof: fixed on the first try. Exactly what you want from a roof repair! The price was right. They did the work immediately despite their schedule. More rain was due and they were sensitive to that. I can’t tell you how much it was appreciated! Painting: this house had severe nicotine staining and urine smell. They knew the correct products to use to neutralize it all, making my little house feel nearly new. After decades of neglect by previous owners, I now feel as though I have a toe-hold on bringing this house up-to-date and making a home out of the cesspit it was. Hope is a funny thing.
