Excellent customer service including after the sale. I installed a new router and modem eight months after the initial install requiring programming. The owner responded quickly to my service request. The only criticism is their start time. I prefer contractors to start early to better compliment my work schedule. CSC Marketing started later and worked later. They worked more than a full day to finish their work, but started later. I would hire them again for the same project for sure and will use them for ongoing and/or update service to my system."

I already had done a significant amount of research comparing Alarm.com to ADT and some of the self-install options, but Jeremy was able to provide even more information and help me to understand better the pros and cons of each approach. Larry did our installation and also was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the installation process and providing me with a tutorial at the end. My wife and I have had no issues with the system so far. It is very intuitive, and we have been able to customize it to fit our unique needs. "The guys insulated my attic with blown in cellulose, which added an R value of 42 to my entire attic space.  There was only 2" of insulation when I purchased my home so it was DEFINITELY needed.  They also air sealed all the bypasses in the ceilings, installed baffles in every other rafter channel, and added 8 new soffit vents.  They even removed and replaced my old soffit vent covers and installed new ones!! They are coming back in the spring, once the snow is gone, to install the insulated vent pipes for the bathroom fans through roof caps.  I could not have been happier with the work that A&J insulation completed on my house.  Jerry was a great guy, easy to get ahold of, and a pleasure to work with.  I will recommend A&J to my family and friends and would definitely use them for any of my future insulation needs.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"Right from the start I had a good experience. I was fortunate enough to have Travis as my contact person and can't say enough about him. He was so pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. There were a couple minor mix ups along the way but I just called and Travis took care of it and made everything right. He definitely provided excellent customer service which unfortunately is very rare these days. The installation technician was also very pleasant and took his time making sure everything was set up correctly. I had to reschedule several times but they were very understanding and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend them :)

"The first time out the tech didn't have all of the equipment to complete the install which I sort of understood because the home and garden show was in town but then again at the same time that should have had enough equipment on hand to handle all the new customers they're going to get. The second time they came out to finish the install the tech didn't even realize that I already had the existing equipment installed a week prior so communication is poor between the techs and the office. A day after the final install I had a problem with my carbon monoxide detector so they had to come back out here the next day and fix it but he did not have a backup carbon monoxide detector so it take the old one and now they will have to come out for a fourth time. I did get a lot of a nice equipment which is making this easier to bear but I don't think I would go back with them if I had to do it all over again has been a lot of back-and-forth and the office people are completely disconnected from the text not to mention the office people don't have any clue what they're talking about when it comes to their equipment"
