Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. He consistently came on time and worked through the day. Before he left he checked out several situations on my roof, fixed a small one at no cost because he was up there, and told me I wouldn't need anything further for several years. We all appreciate that kind of honesty. There were several unforeseen issues, as there almost always are in this kind of work, and he creatively and professionally adjusted so that the finished product looked and worked perfectly. "Neatnicks arrived on time. Started to work right away and did not let a minute go to waste and did all this work in record time. I can't say enough for this company and the two gentlemen that did all the work. When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. Most workers would not even care if I had to change it soon or not. I would recommend these two guys and the Neatnicks company to anyone who is looking for a company that does a great job and has caring people that do the work. Adam is coming back soon to replace a door bell that has not worked in a long time. So yes I will use this company again for other jobs that need doing.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!
