He consistently came on time and worked through the day. We all appreciate that kind of honesty. There were several unforeseen issues, as there almost always are in this kind of work, and he creatively and professionally adjusted so that the finished product looked and worked perfectly. "Neatnicks arrived on time. Started to work right away and did not let a minute go to waste and did all this work in record time. I can't say enough for this company and the two gentlemen that did all the work. When they replaced one of the light fixtures Adam said lets put in a new light bulb so you don't have to get up on a ladder and change it for a long time. Most workers would not even care if I had to change it soon or not. I would recommend these two guys and the Neatnicks company to anyone who is looking for a company that does a great job and has caring people that do the work. Adam is coming back soon to replace a door bell that has not worked in a long time. So yes I will use this company again for other jobs that need doing.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
