DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR. This guy is the absolute definition of unprofessional. Hired through Angi to handle repairs on a property ? instead, I got a flaky, unreliable mess who left the job unfinished, walked off mid-project, and literally fled the state to California while under an active, legally binding contract. That?s not exaggeration ? that?s exactly what happened. He left spackle and materials all over the floors, didn?t clean up a thing, and hasn?t returned a single call or message for 4?5 days at a time. When he does respond, it?s vague excuses or ghosting all over again. To make matters worse, he was texting my tenants directly like they own the property ? completely unprofessional, crossing lines, and causing confusion. And the work he did manage to touch? Absolute garbage. Sloppy at best, unfinished in multiple areas, and left me cleaning up behind him. This man violated a written agreement, left the state to avoid being held accountable for ?vacation?
