"I had a pretty bad flood in my basement after the heavy storms that came through back in June. I realized that my sump pump was the reason so I needed to replace it. I wanted something with more horsepower and after doing some research, I decided an ejector pump would work best for my home. Tyler was very friendly and understanding of my situation. He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. We have multiple rental properties, so I would call him first if I ever need service at any of them. A+++"

"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal. The transition was seamless and finished in one day. They removed the old and took it away as the new one was installed. Absolutely no mess or inconvenience to us. They also helped set up the city inspection to follow. Courteous and nice. The A/C unit is virtually silent when running. The house is around 2600 sq ft and cooled very fast ( a good thing since this is the heat of July). They added a one yr freebie to our comfort club membership."
