901 Ordered triple pane windows. Only after they were installed and the contractor was on his way out of our home, did we notice that they installed less expensive double panes windows. It took eight visits before we had all the windows installed correctly and functioning. The storm door does not...
After having them waterproof part of my basement, I still have issues with water but they are very responsive and have proposed a solution to the problem, much of which lies with the city's outdated storm and sewer systems.
Integrity WaterproofingThe last visit of the contract was done in the beginning of December. They got behind because of the snow storm. We had a snow storm in November so they did not get everything completed and the final winterization application did not happen until December. They got it done.
Well they never got to it and our 100 year big storm last night took care of the ridge vent. I'm sure we are looking at a big bill versus someone getting up on the roof and putting a few nails in. Besides doing a good job, an A rated service vendor needs to be reliable.
THEY CAME ON THE DAY AFTER THE STORM AND CLEANED UP THE MAJOR PORTION OF THE DAMAGED TREE ALLOWING OTHER REPAIR WORK TO START. THEY RETURNED A FEW DAYS LATER TO FINISH THE JOB AS PROMISED.
