They do great work, I would recommend them.

We were so happy that we went with Tim Ali Realty to sell our townhouse condo.  We originally had our home listed with another relator & it sat on the market for 6 months.  During that time we had few showings & 1 very low, almost insulting, offer.  She was young & inexperienced, so I think that did not help.  After six months of little to no action, we were starting to feel down & thought our place would never sell.  We were especially feeling the pinch because we had already moved into our new home.  No one enjoys paying double mortgages.  
After our contract was up with our original relator, we decided to look into Tim Ali because I had noticed so many of his "Sold" signs around the area.  From our first meeting with Tim, we were impressed.  He was professional & gave us honest input on what we would need to do to sell our condo within the next few months.  We discussed both pricing strategy & improvements that we needed to make (some very simple & a few a little more complex).  But we decided to have faith in Tim's advice & we followed his guidelines.
We had confidence that our place would sell with him that summer, but we NEVER expected for a deal to be reached within the 1st WEEK of it being back on the market.  It was truly incredible & we were very impressed.  After a deal was reached, both him & Patty helped with every step of the process.  We always felt like they were there for us, even when there were some hurdles to work through with the condo association & a young, uneducated buyer.  I would joke about how super fast their communication was.  Honestly, sometimes it takes my own mother longer to respond back to me.  lol!  But we really appreciated being treated so well, especially after we felt like out first relator did not care too much about our needs.  
Tim & Patty are just fantastic people to have on your side when selling your home.  They know the business & they will work extremely hard for you.  I would not hesitate to use them again.  In fact, I frequently refer them to friends & families who are looking to sell.  

My fiancé and I just got engaged and were excited to look for our first home.As we began our search we decided to review a few reality companies that worked well with our needs and price. We had the privilege to work with both Tim and Patti and they not only gave us multiple houses to review, but they listened to our needs, wish lists, location and price. As first time home owners, we could not ask for better people to work with. Buying a house can be scary and Patti made us feel comfortable; she was patient, rearranged her schedule to look at last minute viewings, and allowed us to make our own judgements, but offered her expertise when requested or needed. After a month of searching, we successfully found our first home and could not be happier. Along with their services in finding us a home, they also gave us affordable and dependable names for our mortgage agency and home inspection. They made this process genuine, fair and easy and I couldn't be more grateful. During our inspection, they were thorough and listened to our desires and wishes and communicated to the current home owner and they were able to accommodate all of our needs. Patti communicated well and efficiently, which made our process successful and easy. I highly recommend Tim Ali Reality because of their professionalism, honesty, genuine staff and accommodations. After we moved 3 hours away, we tried to sell the house for a year through a different realty company with very little activity and very little communication from that company.  When I asked friends, Tim Ali Realty was highly recommended.  I was first impressed by the energy and professionalism of Mr. Ali.  We talked for quite a while about the qualities of the house, but before he made any recommendations he wanted to go through the house and do some research about the market in the area.  His recommendations (based on houses for sale, previous sales, and the qualities of my house) made good sense.  We also discussed future plans if the current price didn't draw buyers' interest.  His office staff is very professional and I was advised every time there was an ad, an open-house or a showing by any realtor...and these happened much more than in the previous year.  Their flexibility about signing papers (email, scan, fax)  helped me avoid costly trips to Ohio.  They also helped by finding a contractor to make a repair and by making arrangements for the city to read the water meter.  Tim and his staff welcomed my questions and concerns; they always returned my calls or emails quickly.  I didn't feel like I was alone or ignored as I had before.  In less than 1 1/2 months, we had offers and in just over 2 months, the house was sold.  Although I didn't get the price I might have 6 years ago, I was pleased with the final outcome.  The whole process was handled by phone and email.  Even the final papers could have been sent here to sign, but I had a lamp and table to pick up from the house.  I wish I had used Tim Ali Realty the first time!  I'm sure they would have saved me many months of double house payments.

She is very professional, trustworthy and helpful. She is a genuinely nice person. My home did not sell but I fault that to the economy.
