They had the floor leveled the new flooring down new dishwasher installed, cabinets and counter tops done by the end of the week. "Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. Also to state, I am no novice in construction myself, and Yury is always willing to listen to my input or suggestions and experience, even though he is extremely high quality and experienced himself. "J&M Custom provided an estimate with a very detailed description of the scope of work to be performed.  All work was satisfactory completed per the contract.  James Blom was great to work with.  He scheduled his work around my schedule. I'll note that I had complete trust in James; I had no problem letting him work while my wife and I were not home, something I ordinarily wouldn't allow.  There was additional work that needed to be done, such as repairing several sections of HVAC duct.  The cost of the change order was very reasonable.  James' work truck is a hardware store on wheels!  Once he's on the job site, he doesn't have to leave to pick up materials.  I feel fortunate to have discovered J&M Custom Construction.  They have my highest recommendation and I'll definitely be working with them again in the future."
