"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! "Someone came out to check our interior and exterior walls. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He said there were no major leaks in the mortar that were visible and the leaks were most likely coming from behind the gutter. He explained that the gutter would need to be removed, meaning I would need to hire a roofer since they do not deal with gutters or roofing and that I would end up paying for two jobs. He suggested instead that I find a roofer that would remove the gutter who was skilled enough to do the necessary tuckpointing to save us money. He also looked at the interior damage and told us the materials to buy because we said we wanted to repair that ourselves. He was extremely helpful and gave us the most economical suggestions rather than booking repairs with them and hiring a roofer. If we need work done to our masonry or foundation only in the future, I will definitely go with Hicon."

"Great Friendly Service. Estimated to take a week or two to complete. Took a month to paint the exterior trim on my house. Mostly weather related. Be prepared if you are doing an exterior project for mother nature to get in the way! Only downfall to this project is that it took longer than expected, there are areas that were not finished i had to get them back out for. There are still some spots that are not covered. The project went over estimate. The deck sealing did not seem to do anything. I thought water would bubble up on the wood boards and they are still absorbing moisture. Waste of the extra money and I will just do it myself"
