This is the second project Nakoda and his team worked on for us. Both times he was very professional and got things done quickly. He even helped my husband learn some new skills. Highly recommend!

Kostoff Construction is EXCELLENT! Nakoda and Tyler were very professional and FAST! They removed the carpeting from my lower level and installed LVP flooring. There was a crack in the concrete, when they removed the carpeting and the fixed that too! I will use them again and again! SUPER PLEASED!!

Nakoda was awesome. He started his estimate by educating me on the best flooring to pick out at the right price point. This made it easy to hire him because he didn't care who I chose the flooring from, so I was able to get a great deal and he picked up the flooring for me. Nakoda's crew was very polite and incredibly friendly. The guys did really good work and were efficient with their time. I'm thrilled with the end result. These guys did my whole house and paid attention to detail, making sure the floors were perfect. Nakoda also hooked me up with a painter who came in with a very reasonable bid and was able to work around Nakoda and they communicated with each other on being able to effectively finish the job w/o stepping on each others toes. Hire Kostoff Construction! They do amazing work, are insured, offer financing and come in underneath the big flooring companies in price.

1st why did your question how I rate their customer service change my 5 to 4.5. My rating is 5+. The price was FAIR. They arrived the 1st day when they said they would. They arrived the 2nd day when they said they would. They were there and waiting for the concrete that was to arrive at 8:00 AM. They worked all day not sitting around. I have recommended Zach and Nakoda to a friend that has a sub contractor that was supposed to pour my driveway back in September. My friend has already asked me to send him Zach and Nakodaâ s contact information so he can have Zach do work for him and his customers after seeing Zach and Nakodaâ s work. This contractor has been doing work for my rental properties for 15 yrs.

Nakoda and Cal came in and completed a previously unfinished install. I am super happy with the completed project and I will use Kostoff construction in the future.

Exterior paint for a 2 story wood home. Fantastic work done. The painter is thorough, works clean, and goes the extra mile. Great guy! I would use this company again.

They were so great to work with. Nakoda Kostoff responded to my quote request immediately. They were on-time, friendly, very helpful and patient, loved our dog, cleaned up after themselves and did a really great job. We had additional work that had to be added because of issues but they provided me with detailed information and options, costs before proceeding. We hired this company to extend vinyl plank flooring into an adjoining room. They did exellent work. They were very courteous, knowlegable and resonably priced. The Kostoff Construction crew very professional and they were on time with their scheduled install. As they were going through the process, they talked to us on other improvements that we could make at a later date. They also cleaned up all the carpeting and other items from the job. They are simply put, the BOMB!

We hired Kostoff Construction to paint the interior of my new home. Our painter was on time each day, worked cleanly and efficiently, and finished on time. House looks amazing, they really do wonderful work. Prices are fairly reasonable considering the amount of work completed, and the quality job they did! Planning on hiring again to paint the outside of the home as well!
