"Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. "This company does it right. Firstly, I want to say that Landan was a joy to work with. He was so kind, transparent, and had everything under control. His entire team showed up ready to work and they were all very respectful of the fact that we were in an office space. A little backstory – we needed carpeting laid + cove base in our office. We went through the entire ordering & installation process with a big box store. Then, at the last moment, that store told us they would no longer be able to install it. We were on a tight deadline to get the spaces done and I called Landan in a panic as one of my neighbors had recommended Krumlauf Floors to me. He came out to assess the project in a timely manner, worked with us on price (we’re a non-profit and he was very understanding and flexible), and got us on the books quickly. Since we were supplying the materials, Landan always got back to me promptly whenever I had questions or concerns. He recommended the best products for us and everything worked out perfectly. They finished the whole job in 2 days…and it was a big one. Both days, they picked up after themselves, left the spaces pristine, and did GREAT work on the carpeting. I cannot tell you how incredible this team is. They’re great guys who take pride in their work. I would hire them again and again. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for folks who will care about you and leave you with a beautiful end-product. They are the BEST!"
