Joey was courteous, respectful, and did a beautiful job. He cleaned up after himself, listened to our concerns and I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know not to mention would gladly hire him again to do another project.

After multiple delays on my end (raw materials, etc), Dave and his crew performed the work as quoted and in the timeframe that was quoted. They cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and ensured the home was livable while under construction.

Joey came over and gave us our estimate. He was on time, very polite, just all around awesome! The estimate he gave us was below the other estimate we had gotten. We decided to go with Joey right away, we felt like he was family, he fit right in! When he came over to do the work, we liked that he was always on time, brought all of his stuff he needed with him, was very clean, and we always had fun with him. We also liked that he did all the work himself, although his dad did come help with our tile backsplash one day and he was just as awesome! Our backsplash turned out amazing, and all of our lights and fans work perfectly. He even put the switches on the walls for our ceiling fans.
I would definitely hire Joey again. Our showers will need to be retiled eventually and I will not hesitate to call Joey to do the do job!!!

Can't say enough good things about Central Ohio Floors! Dave, his son Joe, and Phil make an excellent team. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and neat. Their workmanship is outstanding. Communication is excellent. Dave came to give us an estimate within a couple days of our request, started the job when he said he would, finished it when he said he would, and kept us updated as to when they would arrive and what they would be doing each day. We liked the idea of having only these three guys in our house as opposed to a team of workers demolishing the floor, another team installing the new floor, and a separate group to install the backsplash and new shower. We love our new floor, backsplash, and shower! They are booked out a couple months but well worth the wait!

They were very responsive when I called about having tile installed around my fireplace as well as hearth. Joey Adams came out several days later to give me and estimate and returned the next weekend to the complete job. He was friendly and on time. The quality of his work and attention to detail was outstanding. It is by far the best experience I have had with any contractor in my nearly 50 years as a home owner. I would strongly recommend Central Ohio Floors and especially Joey Adams.

We chose Central Ohio Floors because Dave Adams, the owner, was most knowledgeable about installing travertine tile. He had unique ideas about cutting and shaping the tile, and he was willing to work with us on the specific arrangement of tiles that we found most attractive. Dave made three trips to our house to complete the job: one to cut and lay the tile, one to seal the tile, and one to do the grout. He was prepared to make a fourth trip, but my wife (a do it yourselfer) opted to seal the grout herself to save him the trip.
We could not be more pleased with the installation. The job is well done and our fireplace looks great!

Dave Adams provided a timely and competitive quote. He arrived at the dates and times that he said he would. We used different layers of tile colors which required different dark and light grout colors to be used on the same wall. Thsi was difficult to do. The applications required additional visits because each color had to dry and then the entire job had to be sealed. Dave did an excellent job with this. We maintained good communication with Dave throughout the process and we were extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this company and would use again.

Dave & his son Joe did an excellent job gutting & remodeling our shower.
They had the shower walls ripped down in no time at all.
They had the area around the shower taped so the dust would not be as bad as it could have been.
No matter how many questions we asked them, they stopped working and gave us their full attention.
When Dave went to pick up our materials - he was told our flooring was on backorder and they had no ideal when it would arrive.
Dave went to Lowes and Home Depot looking for flooring. He picked out a few he thought would match and that we would like.
He was right. There was one we liked. Dave did not have to do this. He went out of his way to do this for us.

Joey Adams is a true professional.
His quality of work and attention to detail was excellent! He worked like he was installing the kitchen backsplash in his own home. You can easily see in the finished product that he took the time to properly measure and layout the tile in advance to achieve the maximum visual effect. Our backsplash has six 90 degree angles and two 45 degree angles and EVERYTHING aligns perfectly.
Joey goes the extra mile to make things right. During installation he noticed that one of our switches were cracked. Joey took the initiative and removed the defective switch, drove to the store, bought a replacement, and installed it. And later he found another cracked switch and fixed that one too! He didn't call me and ask me what I wanted to do, he just took care of it. Now that's what I call service.
Joey was punctional on all three days. He cleaned up carefully each day he was onsite.
We are VERY pleased with our new kitchen backsplash and will definitely recommend Central Ohio Floors (and in particular Joey Adams) to some of our friends.

The provider returned initial request for service within 24 hours and scheduled the time to come out and provide an an estimate at the time of the initial call. Their schedule was very busy and had to schedule the date of service out several weeks. The installation was completed on time and the job done was great! Thrilled with the outcome. Would not hesitate to recommend this provider!

I hired a different company to install my kitchen backsplash in my new build home. The prev company did the worst imaginable job. Dave and his son ripped out the existing back splash, replaced the underlying wall, installed a new backsplash and under cabinet lighting. Dave did an impeccable, absolutely perfect job laying out the tiles (white subway, dark gray - almost black grout, which you have to be absolutely perfect with or every flaw shows). I also had him replace the cheap window sill with a piece of granite to match my counter tops. I picked up the granite piece myself at konkus marble in Hilliard. Dave did most of the legwork, the important parts and his son did the rest. I will say, his son is a little green but in all fairness we had a job that called for perfection. The son didn't do the absolute best with the grout or mud work in repairing the wall. We're dealing with that with the painters we hired but I'm very happy with the end product, despite a few minor thing

Within a day of contacting, the tile installation guy (Dave), arrived to look at the bathroom and measure for estimate. Also offered suggestions that were very helpful and based on experience. After receiving their estimate, we decided to go with them and was notified of when the work would be scheduled. They showed up on time and had the entire old bathroom removed within a couple of hours. They then started work to move floor drain, install new shower valves and shower head, backerboard, floor pan, and then tile. Their work was very efficient and professional and was done within 5 days. We are very pleased with their work and will have them back again to do another bathroom.

Dave came out and gave me some ideas of what I could do with my old (and ugly) plastic tub surround. He gave me measurements so I would know how much tile to purchase. I prefer to do that versus having someone else pick things out for me. I was given a start date of 6/4/13 and Dave and his son Joey arrived on time. They immediately went to work tearing out the old tub surround. After doing the demo, they put up backer board for the new tile with marks on the backer board of where everything was going to be laid out. Joey stayed until 5:30 the next night getting everything tiled. This was important to me as this is the only bath in the house and not having a working shower/tub is an issue the longer time goes on. I appreciated the fact that he stayed late to get this done. With Joey's help, I picked out the grout that evening and the next day, Joey arrived and did the grout work. On Friday, he and Dave came back over to finish the job. It looks absolutely wonderful!! I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and the fact that they were able to stay in the timeline I originally gave them. The cost was reasonable as well. I will be using them again for kitchen counter, backsplash and new flooring needs as it arises. I've also given their names/numbers to other people who are looking to have tile work done.

IT was great. They did a wonderfull job. One the titles cracked after being installed and Dave said he wold come back and fix it without a problem. THat is great we are still waiting for the title to arrive from the Home Depot but we know Dave will be back. Dave owns the company and is always answers the phone or call you back right away. His wife is incharge of emailing and does a great job emailing you back right away. They were one of the only companys that emailed me back when I emailed. I would use Central Ohio Flooring in the future to do my bathrooms and would reccomend them to all my freinds. It is so nice to work with an owner operator and not dealign with shaddy sales men like big flooring companies. Again we loved them.

We enbarked on a huge remodel job. We remodeled both bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Here in Florida we tile almost everything. This company was referred to me and I didn't think they would come down to Florida to do my job, but they did. In my kitchen I explained I wanted to do it in a Tuscany theme. They recommended a mural behind my flat top stove because it sets off the kitchen. It turned out beautiful. They showed me different patterns I could do with the tile just to make the room look more elegant. I was very impressed. They tiled my kitchen/living room and hall with stone. In the bathrooms they designed recessed soap dishes for me and put a marble slab for my seat in the master bath shower. They new exactly how to give me the look I described to them. They put stone on the walls and floors in both bathrooms. The other bathroom they put a design pattern in the wall that looks like a picture frame with the tile. It actually show cases my picture in the bathroom. The best part of this whole situation was I was so upset about all the dust that the other companies had made during the construction. I never had to say a word to this company. This company came in and put plastic up in all the rooms they were working in to block off the dust from moving into the rooms I was still living in during construction. They cleaned up after themselves every day when they left and I never had any problems with them leaving behind trash or anything. I was extremely impressed. My house is beautiful and I get so many compliments on this tile work. My masterbath now looks like a spa and the kitchen now looks like a gourmet kitchen. I learned after talking to the tile guys that they work alot in upper scale homes and I can see why, they do a beautiful job. I just had to tell you about them.
