I SHOWED THEM WHERE i WANTED A PIECE CUT OUT OF A LARGE PIECE OF GRANITE. THEY DID SO WITHOUT HESITATION. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.. WE PICKED IT UP AND HAD SOMEONE ELSE INSTALL IT.

It was a first class operation. Tony Solazzo came out and got all the details for the project. Billy and Ricardo installed it and everything is perfect.

We were very happy with their work and found them to be very professional.

The price entered was a placeholder, this was as part of new build so I did not pay directly. Quick and well done. Tony was also great when on site helping me and the carpenters finalize the design of a custom island. I said N/A on price and punctuality because I did not pay directly and was not onsite for any of the installation appointments, those should not be interpreted negatively.

Solazzo Marble was recommended to us by friends and we were very pleased with the experience. Tony Solazzo came our home and took the measurements. It was clear that he knows his stuff from the minute he sized up our kitchen job. Solazzo Marble did the job in the time frame and for the price that we agreed on. They gave great ideas about which granite to select and how to make the best use of the materials. They paid close attention to the details, were careful about the kitchen cabinets and the appliances. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the job completely before leaving. We highly recommend Solazzo Marble.

One of the suppliers we visited was Sollazo Marble and Granite where we met with Tony Sollazo. We have put granite in numerous kitchens over the years and found Tony to be very p[rofessional, prompt and fair in his dealings with us. As it turned out Tony personally measured, and installed the granite in our kitchen. The installation was perfect, and the price was very competitve. I would highly recommend and we would certainly use Sollazo Marble and Granite again!

I ordered granite for a bathroom countertop and gave specific measurements. Tony Solazzo took my order and treated me like I didn't know how to use a measuring tape properly. Even after I repeated assured him that the measurements I had given him were the exact measurements I need the granite to be cut to, he still wanted me to check again. I agreed even though I felt like he was treating me a little different than he had treated the male customer who was with his wife before me. Once I agreed to re-measure HE drew a picture of the countertop and asked me to take his drawing home and add the measurements for the granite once I have checked one more time. I did as he requested and brought the measurements back on his paper. When I tried to pay for the granite on a credit card Tony Solazzo immediately told me they only take cash, never credit cards or checks. I asked him why he was telling me this when I had just seen him take a credit card for payment from another customer and he just repeated that he would only take cash, so I paid the full amount in cash. The order was supposed to be due the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with not even a phone call from the Solazzo company. The next day Thursday I called and Tony Solazzo started off by asking if I had the measurements correct!! I asked him to just tell me what was going on with my order because his company had missed the deadline and had not even bothered to give a professional courtesy call to explain. He explained that they had cut the granite to the wrong size making it too small after all the checking and double checking of measurements! I expressed my disappointment in the delay, and treatment of this situation, and asked why no one had called so that I could come in and get my refund? Tony then started getting rude and shouting at me telling me it's not their job to call. Then he started implying that I had to still take the granite (even though THEY had ruined it by cutting it too small) and I was not going to get a refund. He also told me they would "glue on" the needed granite to make it the right size and it would "hardly be noticeable if I hid it well." At this point I informed him that I was not at all satisfied with the manner in which I was being treated as a customer and for this reason I was demanding my money back! When I arrived Tony Sollazzo stood at the front counter as if to intimidate me but did not help me. The receptionist gave me a paper that was already filled out by hand. The hand writting stated that I cancelled the order and that I had "ALREADY received a refund". When I pointed out that the hand writing was a lie since they had NOT given me a refund, the receptionist pulled out the exact change down to the last penny from under a paper on her desk. It was already counted and they acted as if they weren't going to pay me unless I read the paper and saw that it said I had "received a refund". When I pointed this out they rudely gave me my money, and I left. The next morning I got up early to start my hunt for my granite countertop all over again. The first place I went to was Curves and More Custome Wood and Stone Creations (2002 Zettler Rd. Columbus, Ohio 43232 (614) 239-7837). The owner was VERY courteous, helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. I found the perfect granite for my bathroom countertop and they delivered it ON TIME in TWO DAYS with the measurements cut exactly as I had given to them!!

This is the second time we have used Solazzo. Tony was very helpful with the granite in marble selection. He came to the house to make sure of all measurements. The installers did a great job.

The handyman we hired to do our kitchen remodeling recommended Solazzo Marble and Granite, and we are glad he did. The price was very competitive, and the end result was beautiful. Both Tony and Joe were very professional, and responsive to any questions we had.

WHILE INSTALLING THE GRANITE, THE BACKSPLASH BEHIND THE SINK WAS BROKEN....THEY MEASURED THE SINK CUTOUT WRONG AND WE HAD TO REMOVE OUR SINK PULLOUT DRAWERS TO ACCOMMODATE THE SINK PLACEMENT. THE ISLAND PIECE WAS DAMAGED BY THE FACTORY BUFFER AND HAD SCRATCHES ON IT AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEN AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED CHARGED $1,000. MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE SAYING THAT THE GRANITE WE CHOSE WAS MORE EXPENSIVE. WE WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

INSTALLED FIREPLACE HEARTH. HAVE GOOD SELECTION AND VERY REASONABLE. SUPERIOR IN ALL CATEGORIES.
