We were quoted $75, with multiple discussions on what they could do. Explained all the $75 was for inspection and sweep from the top of chimney, which we had removed last year. $600 for a deep cleaning and then tried to charge $1200. If this was a deep cleaning, I ll eat my hat. We signed contract with no amount on it."

Instead of using proper vacuum equipment, they simply went over the vents with a regular vacuum. Exhaust fans weren?t cleaned at all, and the main system wasn?t serviced ? they just said ?everything looks fine.? The entire visit took about 1.5 hours, and they charged $600 for what was basically a superficial cleaning. Absolutely not worth the money and definitely not recommended."
