"I had used this company before to wash the house and was quite pleased, so I accepted their quote, although it was slightly higher than another company. The appointment was from between 8-10 AM, and only minutes after 8:00 they were here. The deck, in particular, was VERY dirty and had been neglected due to family illness. It was solid but looked pretty rough. I was amazed when they finished how good it looked! It still needs some repairs and painting, but they spent lots of time getting every spot as clean as possible - it looks great! They removed a glider that I needed moved off the deck, cleaned the house very well, and Crin, the sales technician, explained everything they were doing. Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome!
