"They were horrible. Worst moving experience ever. They did not wrap anything - even after being asked to do so - deep gouges, and scratches all over my stainless appliances, also deep scratches all over my furniture, which rubbed against boxes and sides of the moving truck because it was not wrapped - multiple pieces of furniture ruined. Broke items in boxes marked fragile/glass - over $5000 in damages and then they tell me they’re going to have their insurance company reach out to process a claim. Still haven’t heard from them and it’s almost a month out from the move date. Looks like I need to hire an attorney. AVOID this company if you value your belongings. Oh, and watch for the fine print on the quote about valuation - if you select nothing, by default they will assign a depreciated value so when they ruin your items they’re not going to pay you full cost to replace them. I paid them in full for a horrible job that is now going to cost me thousands to replace my damaged property"

"Dennis and his team are the best of the best. He came out to look over the job so we could get an accurate quote. He was very responsive and professional every single time we talked. After going back and forth with multiple companies and getting different quotes, I finally said let’s go with Eagle moving and storage. They are the real deal. We’re gentle and respectful with everything. Didn’t break a single thing after moving 500 miles. Dennis even came to make sure everything was going okay on moving day. I can’t recommend them enough. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Luis was hired to move my piano. What a fiasco. First, it was rescheduled the day before. Next, it wasn't Luis who came to move my piano. It was two guys that he hired on Craigslist. They said he has hired them for other jobs before. They did not have an enclosed truck but had borrowed grandpa's truck. No ramp, no tarp (it was raining). They went to the store to get a tarp. Gone more than an hour. Came back and couldn't figure how to get piano down the steps and then into the back of the truck. My 70 year old sister was out in the rain helping them and instructing them on how to maneuver down the steps and lift it up. THEY HAD NEVER MOVED A PIANO DOWN STEPS BEFORE, although the job description clearly mentioned steps. It was a 3-hour process. Then, it took them another 3 hours to get to the destination. The good news is, the piano made it there. But I would never recommend hiring this person. Not a professional. I did send him a message with my concerns and he did not respond. "
