Bridges Family movers is AWESOME! Jay and his sons were extremely professional and polite. They were efficient and careful with the furniture. I was stressed due to the type of move it was, but Jay was understanding and patient. I would recommend Bridges to anyone that needs a mover.

We could not have been happier with their performance - punctual, careful, competent, and professional in every aspect. Unless something changes, they will be our mover of choice going forward.

They came little bit late but they let us know when they would arrive. They did a good job and they were very careful moving the appliances out of our home.

Jay and two of his associates drove to Indiana to move my grandmother to a retirement community in Cincinnati.  They arrived on time.  They received an overview of the job.  They carefully wrapped and loaded all furniture, clothes, wall hangings, etc.  It was all transported to Cincinnati and unloaded at two locations.  Most items went to my grandmother's apartment.  They put everything were she wanted it placed.  The clothes even were hung in the closet!  Some other items were pre-arranged to be delivered to my home.  The men did the same for me!
All of the guys were very polite and helpful.  It was a wonderful, experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.  

We have used Bridges Family Movers multiple times in the past several years, both for personal and business / office jobs.  Jay and his crew are always on time, and handle our moving needs in a professional manner.  Their prices are very competitive.   For the most recent job, Jay, Andrew, and Joey packed a storage POD for us, and arranged and secured our items so efficiently we ended up having additional space available.  I would highly recommend them for any moving needs you may have.

I was unable to be in Cincinnati for her move, but all reports from friends on site were great.  Jay called me several times when they were enroute and delayed by traffic. They were cheerful and careful. Nothing damaged.  I would definitely use them again!

Everyone was pleasant and  professional. Jay will oversee all work. Easy to communicate with. Furniture was wrapped appropriately. Things arrived safety and in timely fashion.

We had a very large corner cabinet that had set in our garage for almost 2 years because we could not get it into the house. It was large & very awkward. We finally decide it would take professionals and called Bridges Family Movers. He quoted an estimated price & a max price and we agreed to a day & time. They called the day of service to verify the time they would arrive. They arrived as scheduled and made the job look easy. They moved other pieces of furniture out of the path they needed to take and were very careful with all of our furnishings. They positioned the piece as we wanted and replaced all furniture they had moved. Great service, polite people, honest estimate, what more could you ask for. We will definitely call this company the next time we need a mover and will recommend them to our friends.

We've used Bridges in the past and always liked them. Because they do all the moving and showroom arranging for Legacies, the consignment shop, they aren't available all the time. As noted by others, Jeff doesn't get back to you pronto but he doesn't forget either.  He fit us into his schedule on two days notice. The guys arrived on time and were polite, the kind you don't mind having around your house. It was pouring and they used quilting of course and were very careful.

Bridges Family Movers are excellent. I've used them four times so far. They've also helped us move a mattress. They're outstanding. The owner that does the work is fantastic and good at what he does. He's fast and hard working. He's friendly and really good at what he does.

I called on a Thursday to schedule for the next Tuesday and was told it would be delivered between 10:30-11:00 on Tuesday. I tried calling other movers, but Bridges was the only one that answered the phone.
At 11:20 on Tuesday after not hearing from them, I called and was told they "got a late start" and that it would be "about an hour" before it was delivered. The furniture was delivered at 1pm.
Though I was annoyed about the delay (thankfully I didn't have other plans), the men who brought the furniture in were pleasant and quick. I did think $120 was somewhat steep for an easy job (the furniture was not heavy--I simply don't own a large truck, and the drive was about 15 minutes).

We bought the piece of furniture on Saturday and called Bridges as soon as we got home.  He called us back that afternoon and gave us a delivery time on Monday.  Quick turnaround, careful moving, professional service.

The moving team arrived late with a small truck, which required two trips extending the moving time. They indicated that there was a mix up in regards to the move being from an apartment versus a home. I spoke specifically with Jay, I know that I was very clear that we were moving a home.
In general everything arrived in the same condition that it was in. I was generally satisfied with the services performed.

As noted, the experience was poor from the start...from initial confirmation of the move to the handling of issues. The price was excellent.

They were excellent. They were very professional and respectful of my home. They tried to make sure that they were very cautious about the property, especially the walls, when moving the furniture. They also moved two very heavy pieces of furniture up difficult narrow stairs. They worked hard. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

 Pick up time was to begin at 7:15 AM on 9/2/11.  The movers arrived at 7:10 ready to go to work!  The owner of the company accompanied two helpers whom he quickly introduced.  Once they were told exactly which items to pack they went to work without  hesitation.  I was amazed at how quickly they started and how effectively and efficiently they worked. Every item was carefully inspected to minimize damage.  Where additional packing was needed, they quickly wrapped chairs, sofa and tables with plastic to prevent damage and further secured with extra padding.  In just about 1 hour they were loaded and ready to go.  I could not believe they had accomplished so much in such a short period of time.

 We were to meet at a rest stop about 10 miles from our destination at 11:30.  They were right on time and followed me to our unloading point.  By the time I had parked my car, they had already dropped their walf-off ramp and were unloading the first boxes.  It was 96 degrees outside as they carefully unloaded each item from the truck, carried it up three flights of stairs, put each item in its designated place and removed all of the protective wrapping.  In addition, they assembled the bed and placed each of the heavier pieces of furniture.  Not once did any of them stop to rest until the job was completely finished.  They even hauled away some of the empty boxes to clear out space.  Not one item was broken nor was there any damage to any of the furniture.  An amazing feat given the extreme heat, the three flights of stairs and all of the activity of the day. 

  I could not have been more pleased with the service we received.  The owner of the company called me the evening before the move to make sure everything was in place.  He told me exactly when they would arrive, introduced each of his helpers to me before starting, went straight to work and did not stop until the job was done.  I could not have asked for a better, more efficient move.  All three men on the truck were courteous and respectfull and treated our furniture and my family with the utmost professionalism.  I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Jay Bridges and his helper showed up on time, moved the refrigerator with out any trouble and were very courteous and professional. The price charged of $75 was less than the estimate of $100 given over the phone. Their original estimate was $50 to $75 less than other moving companies that I contacted. I would use their serves in the future and recommend them to others.

The interaction was outstanding. They were great. I would recommend them.
