He even installed the tile in the direction that was requested (diamond pattern without hesitation). He updated the electrical and installed the exhaust fan correctly (previously was not). "It all started when I made my down payment. It said I would be contacted in 1-2 business days but I never heard from them and had to contact them a week later. Responsiveness to texts and calls was poor. I often had to try a second time and sometimes third. It took a good bit of time (a month)just for them to even get out to measure (which took about 5 min- and I am roughly 1 mile from them). My railings were installed about 5 weeks later. They look good BUT there is a lot of play & looseness in them. (I was shown some play in the left railing but the right was worse and was still being installed.) It was also pointed out to me today that it may mot be up to code. (Although- he did give me a $50 credit for the delays) I plan on contacting them tomorrow to see what can be done. I just wonder about those 5 star reviews and no others."

"Very disappointing. When she came the quality of the work was good. She texted me the day before scheduled cleaning to confirm the cleaning appointment twice. and each time I confirmed. Yesterday, she added a sentence to the text saying that if I don't confirmed I will incur $100 cancellation fee. She had never made that threat the previous time. I had a family emergency on that day and I did not see the text. The next day, about one hour before she was scheduled to come, she sent me a text, telling me that she is taking $100 as a cancellation fee and will not show up. I called immediately explaining that she had never sent that threat before and because of the emergency I did not notice the text. I questioned why since I did not respond to the text, she did not call me, before cancelling me out unilaterally and pocketing the money that I paid her in advance in good faith for that service. Were upon she begun shouting at me and telling me that I have no right to tell her hw to run her business. I feel that she cannot be trusted. Especially since I paid her in cash in advance and in good faith. I am very disappointed."
