A-1 AIR DUCT CLEANING

Showed up before scheduled time then blamed it on the company being mismanaged. He didn’t wear protective shoe coverings. Left my doors open when didn’t need to. When I approached him on missed vents he became defensive and said no I didn’t. When I showed him that he did he was like oh ok I will get it. Then just took a vacuum and cleaned up outside of the vent. Offered to seal my cracks on the furnace for an extra charge which I agreed to but then he did not seal all of them. He did not discount the missed vents from the bill and then at the end told me he was subcontracted out from the company. After he left realized he broke one of my vents and when cleaning he bent most to stick his air hose attachment in. I payed 700.00 and I’m not impressed and will not recommend.

THERE WERE TWO MEN THAT CAME TO DO THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WASHED EACH OF THE REGISTERS AND THEN PUT THEM BACK TO THEIR PROPER LOCATION. THE ONLY VENT THAT WAS MISSED WAS THE DRYER VENT THAT SHOULD HAD BEEN DONE.
