We in recent resored the roof trusess and roof deck on the oldest home"historic home",The job had been left by a prior roofer who took 6,000.00 and ran,We agreed to take on the project putting on 40% of roofing,gutter aprons,also as prior noted,cut into roof deck,rescabbed truuses to historic old trusses,replaced all original wood,"d deck1x6,We also reflashed 3 veru old chimneys,insatlled new facia boards for gutters,saved and reattatched the gutters,It pays to take these jobs that bad roofers,leave and thieve,THUS CREATING A POSITIVE IMAGE IN WORK,AND REPUATION,The owner a women named ealine could not be happier,we went above and beyond,And will be present in any future litigation in suing former roofer,whoo"s work was sub par at best.We are old school taught,do sheet metal,box gutters,exterior trim,crowns,facia"s.Beaded soffit.
