"Had Betts Structural Engineering come and look at the foundation of a house we were in contract on. Josh came out and was professional and informative. He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. In the end he saved us from a long and expensive process if we proceeded with the house."

"Had a crack in foundation wall that was leaking. Called for estimate. Was scheduled in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. They called that evening to confirm and to let me know the exact time. Easy estimate that was very reasonable. Scheduled at my convenience and they arrived when scheduled. Lonnie was gracious and respectful and completed the work as originally quoted. Area was very clean and he explained every part of the process. I am soo happy When a contractor does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Couldn't ask for better."

"The company was great they were able to get a lot of recovery on my foundation for my garage that has been sliding down a hill for years. They used the helical pier method which raised and supported the foundation. Really impressed with the experience it came out great."

"Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. They make sure to do things the right way as well, which I appreciate."
