"Had a crack in foundation wall that was leaking. Called for estimate. Was scheduled in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. They called that evening to confirm and to let me know the exact time. Easy estimate that was very reasonable. Scheduled at my convenience and they arrived when scheduled. Lonnie was gracious and respectful and completed the work as originally quoted. Area was very clean and he explained every part of the process. I am soo happy When a contractor does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Couldn't ask for better."

"Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. "I had three different estimates. Ohio Basment Authority was the most professional of them all. Patrick came and took the measurements and gave me several different options.
