Roger was a true professional. We brought him in based on a recommendation and could not be happier. We brought him in to clean an existing chimney as we had a strong smoke odor permeating our house. Roger came in and found safety issues and recommended the right person to fix the issues. Roger was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. I would certainly hire him again.

The service turned out just fine. He was very thorough. I disliked that he tried to sell quite a few add-ons and I turned him down, but it was clear that that was he was trying to do, selling products and services.

This was our first time using Esham and we were not disappointed. They were very responsive to our initial call and got us scheduled right away. The work was done efficiently and they kept the interior of our home very clean. They also observed an issue with two pipes lacking covers (we have had birds/chipmunks crawl into them and into our walls before), and they installed caps on the spot. Great work.

Very nice and professional. Originally scheduled me a week from when I called to make an appointment  but was able to squeeze me in a day after I called because he got done with a job in the area, which was greatly appreciated. Able to get the job done quickly and without any problems. Explained how to properly open and close the damper so it doesn't go off track again.
