On March 1, 2016, Doug Kunz came to my house to fix a leak in our ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. He wanted to come back the next day to paint, but we decided on Friday, March 4th. He had put pads on my hardwood floor with blue tape, to keep the area clean. When he left for the day, he pulled off the blue tape, and destroyed my hardwood floors. The top layer completely came off the floor. He said when he came back on Friday, he would fix the floor, and repaint the ceiling. He texted that he couldn't make it. On Wednesday, March 9th, he asked if he could come on Friday, March 11th. I told him I would get back, and I did on Thursday, March 10th, letting him know it didn't work. I work full time, and couldn't make this date work. He was really agitated that I couldn't make that day work, and told me the next week was al filled up. I texted and called several times. The last date I contacted him was Wednesday, August 10th. I have yet to hear back from him. Not only did he not complete the ceiling job, but wouldn't repair damage he caused to my floors.
