HORRIBLE. do not recommend to use at all. They set up two appointments for us on two separate days to install our hot water heater through our warranty company, did not show or did not call on either day and we waited all day for them. Called them multiple times with no return phone call.

Called for service on heating at 4:30 PM but had other calls and will not come.

I called and said that the water heater didn't work. They send a out a plumber to replace water heater. I was told I needed a an expansion tank otherwise wouldn't meet code and that the warranty wouldn't be any good. Work was done quickly with no other issues.
