"We are extremely disappointed that Mr. [Member Name Removed] was dissatisfied with our service, we will always be the first to blame ourselves for a bad experience. That being said it seems as though there were a series of miscommunications that occurred here. We did apologize for our technician being late and multiple calls were made to keep the customer informed of this. We do give a window of service and we do our very best to keep that time frame but unfortunately the nature of our business can dictate this at times. In regards to the warranty, what was purchased was a manufacturer warranty which takes the existing 6 year tank and parts warranty to 10 years. The warranty information that was provided clearly indicates this and there is nothing on our original invoice that states our labor would also be covered for 10 years. We provide a 2 year labor warranty on water heaters and we currently do not offer any extended labor warranties. As far as the technician in question, he was never let go for dishonesty or anything of the sort, he just simply doesn't work here anymore. The apology offered was not at all for dishonesty but rather for any lack of communication between the former employee and Mr. [Member Name Removed]. This was clearly expressed on a phone call and I am completely baffled by his interpretation. Lastly, the price given was to drain down and thoroughly flush out the tank, replace the defective parts and to do a full diagnostic on the remaining parts such as the elements and thermostats. Any additional parts would have been replaced at no additional charge at the new lower price that was given. Perhaps our technician failed to communicate this properly and that's why Mr. [Member Name Removed] thought the price was too high. Please understand that we felt like we made every attempt to satisfy this customer including discounting the job tremendously for any miscommunication that may have occurred previously. We sincerely value each and every relationship that we have with our customers and we hope that Mr. [Member Name Removed] will give us chance to earn his business back at some point in the future."
"We do our very best to provide the highest level of service at a fair price. Upon having a phone conversation with this customer, I am disappointed to say that she failed to see this value at the time of her service call. All of our pricing is presented before any work begins and although she may not have been pleased with this aspect I am happy to see that we scored higher in other areas, perhaps some of this value was realized after all. We appreciate the feedback regardless, we are always striving to better serve our customers!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed], It was our utmost pleasure to serve you. We know that plumbing -especially sewer- issues are never something that you want to deal with but we are all happy that we could make the process as easy as possible. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review and will pass along your gratitude to all of the parties mentioned. We wish you a prosperous New Year. All the best, Carney PHC!"
